Interesting. They certainly seem to have eclectic interests. I was planning to make some struffoli anyway, given how many of us are here, but that seems like an excellent idea. Do you know if THE QUEEN! has her own interests, or are her interests the interests of the hive? Here are some of the ideas I've had so far:
- Struffoli (as mentioned) - Holiday noisemakers - Confetti - Some of my mid-range ugly sweaters, since I can't wear them anymore
thank you for your respectful formatting. i don't know much about THE QUEEN! herself, because she's THE QUEEN! and apparently very busy? not completely sure, but i have never seen her. regardless, i'd imagine they all have at least approximately similar interests.
i think all of these are good ideas with the possible exception of the sweaters. i'd be concerned that they'd get their little legs stuck in the loops of yarn. but i'm not sure. the noisemakers and confetti would definitely be a hit. i'm almost positive they would deep-fry balls of confetti.
That isn't surprising. Given that the QUEEN! is, well, the mother of the nest, it makes sense that she's by-and-large inaccessible.
The deep fried balls of confetti sounds absolutely horrible. At the same time, I'd like to see it.
Would you like to help me with the struffoli? I figure it would be a good practice run for a batch later in the month for the rest of the house. You don't have to if you don't want to, I know your free time [as is, by default, his own free time...] is rather limited at the moment.
