♛ FIRST IMPRESSIONS ♛

VISUAL ☆ here is a canonical image of a fucking nerd. giorno is 172 cm (approx. 5'7") tall, slim, and fair, with blond, curly hair and blue eyes. (probably. araki, please decide.) his posture is nearly always perfect; the only times it's not are when he's with very very very close friends or, like, dying. his hair is generally done up in a braid and victory rolls. for a diagram of how it works, see an expert. finally! giorno has a star-shaped birthmark on the back of his shoulder.
FASHION ☆ giorno dresses unconventionally, because 1) this is jojos, 2) it throws people off and gives him an extra advantage, and 3) he fucking wants to. his clothing is always precise, well-tailored, and clearly expensive; the vast majority of the time it's overtly feminine. canonically he wears a custom suit with a big-ass hole (idky) in the front, ladybug decorations, and heeled boots. depending on his comfort level, he may range anywhere on the scale between trim suits and skirts with heels. he's also drawn to bright colors and jewel tones, even in his suits. he is almost always wearing some makeup, because suck on it. finally, giorno tends to wear accessories in threes (ex: three earrings, three pins, etc).
DEMEANOR ☆ giorno carries himself like an adult. he projects confidence, competence, and charisma, and is overall perceived as an excellent leader, someone who it would be a very good idea to follow. there is also something about him that is undeniably dangerous: he doesn't entirely hide the fact that he is a criminal, even in civilian spaces, and he is happy to let his enemies know that he's not somebody to be fucked with.
AURAL ☆ giorno makes a consistent effort to sound soft-spoken and gentle unless otherwise noted. his voice is medium-pitched but fairly commanding. here's a youtube clip. above all, giorno speaks clearly and precisely, like an orator. the angrier he is, the sweeter he talks, and then he kills you. when very upset, there's a teeny tiny hint of a japanese accent.
OLFACTORY ☆ flowers. flowers flowers flowers. constantly flowers, but also: bergamot, lemon, amber, chocolate, meat, blood, gunpowder, extremely expensive cosmetics, the ocean.
MENTAL ☆ giorno does not have particularly high mental defenses. he would definitely put up a fight against any intruder (assuming he knew they were there), but he would be unlikely to win. his mental pathways are circuitous--plans within plans, so many irons in the fire--but there is also frivolity and fear in equal measure. most noticeable besides the constantly-moving state of his mind are a fear of abandonment, a thirst for power, and a constant undercurrent of inseparable self-love and self-loathing.
MEDICAL ☆ the most notable medical detail is that he was extremely malnourished as a child, which hindered his growth and has left him a lot shorter and thinner than either of his biological fathers (long story). it's unlikely to come up since he's largely recovered in his teen years, but just in case!
MAGICAL ☆ giorno's powers are most likely to be noticed by those with a sensitivity to nature, life, or general patterns of the universe being disrupted. additionally, those who are psychically sensitive will be more likely to notice gold experience. if you aren't sure whether your character can sense giorno's abilities, feel free to hmu!
ABILITIES ☆ giorno possesses a stand, which is essentially a projection of an individual's spiritual presence or fighting spirit. giorno's stand is called gold experience; full details on it are here, with game-relevant nerfs in the comments section. tl;dr he's plant jesus. also he can pop his whole ear into his head.

PHYSICAL AFFECTION ☆ is fine, with the caveat that giorno has the potential to be very skittish about touch that he doesn't initiate as a result of his history of physical abuse. he's more likely to retreat than lash out, but there is some potential for violence.
ROMANCE ☆ depending on canonpoint, development in-game, and circumstance, giorno is often some degree of egregious flirt and doesn't have a terrific grasp on social boundaries. that said, he becomes quickly and deeply attached to people and thrives on attention and validation, so it's not at all hard for him to get serious caliber dokis. the flip side of this is that his charisma stat is off the charts and he canonically runs a cult of personality back home, so it's not hard for other people to get serious caliber dokis in reverse. basically: he's easy to ship. greater detail here for the curious.
