That's a good question. I think the evidence would point to the answer being yes, but then again, it could just as easily be confirmation bias. For example, if you met someone with the same name as you, you'd remember it much more clearly than meeting someone else in the same situation with an unfamiliar name, because it would be remarkable. So maybe we remember Stand users we meet more distinctively because they have something important in common with us.
In other words, I'm hesitant to say yes for certain because on some level it sounds like superstition. But I'm much more hesitant to say no.
